Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the sports apparel or footwear you wish to return.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original Lotto packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products show no signs of wear from the field or court.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
